Order Placement
Shipping All orders will automatically be covered by standard insurance based on a value of $100 (USD). Oki Data currently offers four delivery options via UPS:
And three delivery options via FedEx:
For all orders shipped to U.S. territories or protectorates, delivery options will be limited. Oki Data reserves the right to select carriers and provide the service options available for delivery. All orders will be charged applicable shipping and/or handling fees, based on weight. For certain items, rather than weight, we utilize a flat rate, plus an incremental charge for additional items. For example, the first item will ship at a flat rate and each additional item will add $1 (USD) to the delivery charges. For items weighing 150 lbs. or more, "Freight" service will be used for delivery, although the charge to the customer will not change. Customers should expect freight items to ship on a pallet.

Customer Support To get order status, the order airbill or tracking number, or shipment date, enter your order number in the "Check Order Status" field on the Oki Data home page (www.okidata.com) or in the OKI Store. Tracking numbers are available for 30 days after the date orders are placed. Order history information for previous orders is available only to users that have registered in the OKI Store.
Returns All product returns (purchased from www.okidata.com) are processed by Oki Data's Customer Support department by contacting 1-800-OKIDATA (654-3282). To return a product, please contact 1-800-OKIDATA and specify that you are making a return, and provide your reason for return and your email address. After supplying this information, an RA (Returns Authorization) number will be sent to you via email from Oki Data's Customer Support department. While you may call to request an RA number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, an RA number will only be assigned and sent via email during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET). After receiving a RA number, you must, at your expense, deliver or ship the product to Oki Data in its original condition and original packaging. All items included with the original package must be returned (software, cables, manuals, etc.). All returns must be accompanied by the properly authorized RA number and other documentation as follows. A Ship-To label must be addressed in the following manner:
Operations Service Center RA#___________ (RA# must be clearly printed on label) 2000 Bishops Gate Blvd. Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054-4620 If you are returning a Toner–based printer, you must remove and discard the image drum and/or toner, if the toner has been installed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Shipping a product without adhering to these conditions may result in delay or refusal of credit of your return. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order only when the returned item is received, accompanied by proper documentation and/or RA#, and your credit card number has been verified and authorized. For your records, Oki Data recommends you keep any shipping documentation for tracking purposes. (Order History is available to registered users after logging in to the OKI Store. Please note that Order History information does not reflect any returns or exchanges.) If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return of a product, please contact an Oki Data Customer Support representative at 1-800-OKIDATA.
